Rate Descriptions

Vessel Soil Health Programs for Lawns are different than conventional applications, but on average cost less, when you consider over time that we can begin to reduce or eliminate the expense of pesticides and fertilizers.

Ideally, Vessel would not recommend the use of pesticides or traditional high salt content fertilizers, but we recognize that a sustainable approach takes time to balance and develop.  Therefore each customers applications are designed based upon the existing conditions and their available budgets.

Generally, our outlined approach to Autumn and Spring programs essentially remains the same, but can vary in frequency and rate depending on seasonal dynamics, usually related to moister content, precipitation, and the nature of lawn or garden, i.e. fungal / bacterial preferences.

Rates are based on units of area.  A typical unit is 2500 square feet and consists on average of four major soil conditioning applications in the Fall, and four major nutritional and diversity applications in the Spring.
